First, a user who needs support—either for themselves or on behalf of another person— can create a request by adding important details such as the problem description, category, photos or videos, and any relevant information. This helps others clearly understand the situation and provide the right kind of assistance.

Once submitted, the request is automatically forwarded to verified NGOs that match the selected category and location. These NGOs carefully review the request to confirm its authenticity, ensuring that only genuine cases are approved.

After approval, the request becomes live on the Karmas feed. Shayakas—users who want to help—can now view the request, share it, donate, or volunteer. This allows the request to reach the right people quickly.

As support begins, the user can track the request status in real time— from Pending to Accepted, In Progress, and finally Completed. This transparency builds trust between all participants.

Every positive action on Karmas is rewarded with Karma Points. Shayakas earn points for helping, sharing, and contributing. These points reflect their impact and can be redeemed for rewards.

Once the request is fulfilled, the NGO uploads proof of completion and the user confirms the outcome. The success story is then shared on the platform, inspiring others and creating a ripple effect of kindness.
