• Displays all requests submitted by the user in a categorized format. Users can filter requests based on their status:

All: Lists all requests.

In Progress: Shows requests currently being processed.

Completed: Displays successfully fulfilled requests.

Rejected: Includes requests that have been denied.

Search Functionality

Users can easily search for specific requests using keywords such as

Detailed Request Information

Users can view complete details of each request, including

• Name of the NGO.
• Type (e.g., Trust).
• Unique identification numbers (like VO/NGO ID and Registration No.).
• City of registration.
• Number of accepted requests.

Engagement Features:

• Users can donate to the NGO.
• Options to follow and connect with NGOs for updates and collaboration.

Scoreboard Overview

Features

• Sahayaks can check their own rank and score.
• Top scorers are highlighted with their scores on a leaderboard.

History of Scores:

• Users can access historical data showing their past scores.
• It also includes details of when and how the scores were earned.

Top Scores and Personal Scorer History:

• A dual-tab interface where users can switch between the "Top Scorers" (current leaders) and "Your Scorers" their specific history or subordinates' performances

Reward Overview

Features

1. How get reward

• Users submit a help request (medical, educational, farmer aid, etc.)
• Each approved request (post-Karma’s verification) earns 10 score points.
• Target Example: 100 points = 10 approved requests.
• Fraudulent/incomplete requests are rejected (0 points).
• Reward History: Displays a list of past rewards earned by the user, including details like gift cards for platforms such as Flipkart and Swiggy etc.

The She is Safe Module is a comprehensive safety feature specifically designed for the protection of girls and women. This module ensures swift assistance during emergencies with the following functionalities:
